We had GREAT, hot breakfast with muffin and cookie, as for instance. Excellent and incredible location close to Louis Tussaud's Waxworks. Shopping centres and souvenir shops were right next door.

I enjoyed staff and location here. Booked a room with breakfast. The breakfast was included. The hotel of choice in Niagara Falls.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was kind of slow plus the bed of mine was too hard.

Breakfast was delightful, bed was super, quiet area. I thoroughly enjoyed the proximity to shopping malls and souvenir shops in Niagara Falls. Glad that the weather was calm, so I could enjoy its brilliant pool. Tasty drinks, strong wifi were a nice surprise...

The hotel was fancy with warm rooms and I liked VERY APPROACHABLE staff. Plenty of food at breakfast like toast, cheese, eggs, cakes and fresh bread. Cozy beds, climate control, TV set and large windows were a nice touch. Simple location, 15 minutes' walk to Bird Kingdom Spacious Aviaries. Quick check-in and brilliant customer service.

The breakfast was more than adequate and the service was efficient. Room was magnificent with luxury bathroom and iron and ironing board, comfortable armchairs, and soundproofing. The pool was clean and the garden - beautiful. I had a brilliant stay here, very good value for money

I had a really enjoyable stay at this impecable hotel. Breathtaking view, great bed and superb breakfast. Early check-in, easy check-out. The beach was beautiful. Only a short distance to crystal caves and other tourist attractions. Wine bar was fab and reasonably priced.

the staff was informative which made me feel welcome. the room was modern, nonsmoking with heart shaped tubs. there was lots of fresh meals. the venue was quite close to niagara falls downtown.
